  • NO HEATING DURING FREEZING TEMPERATURES
  • NO AIR CONDITIONING DURING EXTREME SUMMER TEMPERATURES 
 
An emergency is a situation that is life threatening or poses an immediate danger to your health and safety. IN CASE OF FIRE, MEDICAL OR POLICE EMERGENCIES, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY. Maintenance emergency line pager :

A non-emergency is a situation that does not pose an IMMEDIATE threat to your health and safety.  All non-emergencies should be reported to the management office in writing as soon as possible.
 
 
REMEMBER THAT ALL REPAIR REQUESTS MUST BE IN WRITING, INCLUDING EMERGENCY SITUATIONS AFTER YOU HAVE VERBALLY REPORTED THEM.
